Gravis Labs is operated by Aryabyt Private Limited, which is the data controller for this site. References to “we” and “us” in this policy mean Aryabyt Private Limited.

Every calculator on this site runs as code in your own browser. When you enter an HbA1c, a blood pressure reading, a weight, a creatinine value or any other measurement, the calculation happens on your device and the result is displayed there. No request carrying that value is sent to our servers or to anyone else.

This is a design decision rather than a policy promise: there is no endpoint that receives health values, and no database table that could store them.

Shared links contain only the plain page address. A result is never encoded into a URL, so sharing a calculator cannot reveal what you entered into it.

If you use the Health Explorer, your progress — which tools you have used, which guides you have read, which quizzes you have completed — is stored in your own browser using local storage. It is not sent to us, not tied to any account, and not synchronized between devices. Clearing your browser data removes it, and the Health Explorer page has a reset button.

That record contains slugs of pages you visited. It never contains a health value.

Where analytics is enabled and you have agreed to it, we record which pages were viewed and which types of action occurred — for example that a tool was completed, and which tool. Events record the tool, never the numbers entered into it.

Search is recorded as the number of results returned, not the text you searched for. A search term on a health site can itself be sensitive, so we do not collect it.

We intend to fund this site with advertising. Advertising is not currently enabled. When it is, advertising cookies will be used only where you have agreed to them, and we will use a consent mechanism appropriate to your region before serving personalized advertising.

Ads will never be placed where they could be confused with a calculator result, a health recommendation, or site navigation. See our advertising disclosure.

Like any website, our infrastructure processes requests and may log technical information such as the requested address, a timestamp, and the general type of browser making the request. This is used to operate and secure the service. Where an IP address is recorded in an administrative audit log, it is stored as a one-way hash rather than in the clear.

• We do not ask you to create an account, and there is no account to create.
• We do not collect names, email addresses or contact details from site visitors.
• We do not store, transmit or process the health measurements you enter.
• We do not sell data, and we do not build advertising profiles from health values.
• We do not use dark patterns to obtain consent: declining is as easy as accepting.

We do not claim to be HIPAA compliant, GDPR certified, SOC 2 certified, or approved by any regulator. Those are specific statuses with specific requirements, and claiming one we do not hold would be misleading. What we do claim is described above and is verifiable in how the site behaves.

In the same spirit: Gravis Labs is not a medical device and holds no clearance, registration or certification from any medical regulator or health authority. It is not a healthcare provider, and it holds no clinical authority of its own — the authority behind every figure belongs to the organization cited beside it. Anything that matters for your health needs the opinion of a qualified clinician. The terms of use set this out in full.

Saying this is not a way of disclaiming responsibility for how we handle your data. The commitments above — that health values never leave your browser, that search terms are not recorded, that audit-log IP addresses are hashed — are design decisions we are accountable for, and they hold whether or not any certification applies to us.
